Private technique lessons

To focus on technique development is the easiest and fastest way to be a better cross country skier. 

All are welcome. As a beginner you get help with the needed basic tips for finding your rhythm and balance for safe ski touring. For you who already have basic skiing skills, we focus on learning more about the various sub-techniques, all to make the hours in the ski track more enjoyable. For skilled skier we will focus on getting a efficient skiing that you can keep for several hours.

We hold lessons in both skate and classic cross-country skiing.The lessons are always private for you (or your own group). 100 % focus on you and your level. Up to 6 persons private groups works fine as long the skiers are at an nearly equal level in their technology development.

You can choose between 1.15 or 2 hours lessons. 1.15 is perfect for beginners. If you more skilled 2 hours lessons is preferred

Prices 2023 - 2024

1.15 hour (75 min.)    1 person 750:-     for additional person 200:-

2 hour (120 min.)        1 person 1200:-     for additional person 300:-

No prepayment, you pay after lesson with a card or swish. Having a ski lessons are dependent on weather and snow conditions. Of course, we're keeping our fingers crossed that it works on the planned day. You only pay for completed lessons. Always free cancellation if you feel sick. We reserve us the right to cancel the lesson if the weather is too bad for skiing or having personal illness.

Our favorite places for cross country lessons. Choose which area is best for you

Vemdalsskalet

Meeting point is where the map of the ski area is, next to the parking lot at the Vemdalsskalet ski track center. We run most lessons on the nearby area on the other side of the main road where we have both flat area and a also more challenging ski track.

Klövsjö

Meeting point is where the ski track start just opposite the hotel next to the parking slot for Klövsjö hotel. Klövsjö ski track (3 km) with electric light is a perfect ski area for beginners. Best track for you who like to only do long double poling sessions.

Storhogna

The meeting point is where the map board for the ski tracks are next by the parking lot (neighbour to the campsite) . Varied terrain from easy to hilly. The longer tracks are hilly but never steep so nice area for more skilled skiers to train up the heart rate.
